Hello,           my name is Happie Micha Edwards

I am a Queerly fabulous, positive and giggly human being. I love to have fun and get sh*t done. Quiet sassy and Fierce.

My pronouns are He/She/They/Them, as long as it's respectful.

The Happie brand is creating an all inclusive culture, where everyone belongs no one left out. Acceptance, respect and upliftment.

I am committed to creating joy and light while having fun living my best life. Sharing love and laughter with all.

Toronto is my home now. I love it. I was born in Jamaica, and wouldn't give it up for anything. But it came with real tough challenges. Growing up a closeted homosexual, I lived in fear, shame and anxiety. Always surviving and never living. I hated myself and was deeply heartbroken and disconnected.

After "coming out" and started seeking to find who I am. I discovered how profoundly God loves me and 'I am necessary'. This transformed my whole world.  Now, I am learning to love myself, my life and the people in my life. It's a blessing to have the possibility and opportunity to express who I am and what's important to me.

I don't have all this sh*t figured out. I make mistakes and can be quiet impulsive. My journey has been quiet interesting,  and I like sharing my experiences with people in order to open up much needed conversations. Turning lessons  into blessings.

I have always wanted a shop. Both my parents have shops back home. My parents inspire, love and support me. My shop will be the boom diggity, people coming to get their Happie design and being apart of a fabulous community.

I dream of creating and sharing my art, through fashion, theatrics and storytelling, contributing to the LGBTQ community and world wide.

I want to live a rich life in mind, body and soul. Becoming more of who I am.

I love Oprah and I dream of show business. My own show on OWN network one day. (Fingers crossed)

This is my journey learning and growing as a human storyteller, performer and entrepreneur. Fashion Designer. Actor and creative director and eventually owning my an island.

I hope this blog inspires you to explore new possibilities in your life. Feel free to leave a comment or follow me on social media!
